Description
A horse-drawn wagon loaded with a cow, attendants and milk jugs is pulled down Bellefield Avenue to Fifth Ave during a parade. A sign on the wagon reads "We're not pulling for any udder city but Pittsburgh". The building at the intersection was the original location WQED-TV and is now home to the University of Pittsburgh's School of Music.
