Description
View of Gazzam and Ruch Hills looking northward with the northern portion of Gazzam Hill in the foreground. To the left is Ruch Hill. Terrace Village I, built on Ruch Hill in 1940, and Terrace Village II, built on Gazzam and Goat Hills in 1941, were low-rent public housing projects in the Hill District section of Pittsburgh. They were originally designed to house over 2600 families.
