Two girls and one boy play on a street corner in front of row houses and empty lot in the Hill district. A three story apartment building with fire escapes is to the left of a vacant lot filled with debris. A large, light colored brick building stands at far right. Another lot with debris is in the right foreground. In the distance, the Gulf Building was built in downtown Pittsburgh on the corner of Seventh Avenue and Grant Street in 1932.
